DIP MOULDED PVC COATING |
|
We are into the field of manufacturing PVC Plastisol, the raw material that is generally used for dip molding.
PVC Plastisol is a vinyl compound and is in the liquid form at room temperature while it is converted into a solid form during the coating/molding process.
After constant heating PV Plastisol fuses and converts into a tough, homogenous mass with excellent aging, corrosion, abrasion and electrical resistance. But it is to be noted that, we cannot liquefy it back. |

DIP MOULDED VINYL |
|
Dip Molded Vinyl is a generic art behind candle manufacturing. A metal mold after heating at a certain temperature is immersed or dipped in a tank of liquid PVC plastisol.
The heat from this metal mold attracts the liquid plastisol and a part is formed. Then the molds are extracted from the liquid and the said parts are cured.
After this curing process, the parts are cooled and stripped from the metal molds. |
